Boxing
Our Boxing Class focuses on the fundamentals – proper stance, footwork, and combination punching – alongside developing your fitness through high-intensity conditioning and agility drills.
Suitable for men and women ages 15 and up, this class is designed for all levels, whether you’re new to the sport or looking to sharpen your skills. Sessions typically combine technical pad and bag work with conditioning circuits to help you become fitter, faster, and more proficient in the ring.
The Pit’s experienced coaches will guide you through the basics and push you to progress at your own pace — in a tough but supportive environment. Whatever your goals, this class is a solid way to learn a challenging discipline, improve your fitness, and build confidence.
Engine Room
Engine Room is a high-intensity conditioning class for men and women ages 15+.
Designed to build your aerobic capacity and strength, using stations: SkiErgs, rowers, bikes, and other functional tools. The focus is on developing your “engine”.
Expect interval-based training, functional movements, and challenging circuits that test both your lungs and muscles, all in the supportive, high-energy atmosphere of The Pit.
Whether you’re prepping for a race, building athletic performance, or just looking to level up your fitness, Engine Room will leave you stronger, faster, and more resilient.
Strength & Conditioning (S&C)
Our S&C Class combines Olympic lifting, metabolic conditioning, and gymnastics into a challenging, well-rounded workout. Each session focuses on developing strength, fitness, coordination, and overall athletic ability — regardless of your starting point.
Suitable for men and women ages 15 and up, this class is designed to help you progress safely and effectively.
Whether you’re new to S&C or already experienced, our coaches will guide you through movements, scaling when necessary and adding challenge as you grow.

HYROX
Our Hyrox Class at The Pit is designed for men and women 15+ who want to train smarter, perform better, and conquer their fitness goals.
Hyrox combines functional movements, running, and strongman-style exercises into a powerful workout format that prepares you for the ultimate fitness race – or simply helps you become the fittest, strongest, and most well-rounded athlete you can be.
During each class, you’ll work through a combination of high-‹ intensity stations – from sled pushes and pulls, sandbag carries, and wall balls, to rowing, skiing, and running intervals — all tailored to match your ability and progress at your own pace.
Whether you’re training for a Hyrox event or just looking for a challenging, community-focused workout, this class will help you push past your limits, build functional strength, and improve your conditioning – all while surrounded by a team that supports you every step of the way.
Junior Boxing
Ages: 10 – 14 years
Our Junior Boxing Class is designed for 10-14-year-old boys and girls who want to learn the fundamentals of boxing in a fun, disciplined, and supportive environment.
This class focuses on basic techniques, including proper stance, footwork, and combinations, while helping young boxers improve their coordination, fitness, and confidence.
Sessions typically combine technical training with conditioning drills to keep it challenging and enjoyable.
Whether your child is new to the sport or already has some experience, our coaches will guide them at their own pace and help them develop skills that translate both in and out of the gym – discipline, respect, hard work, and confidence.
Kettle Bells
Our Kettlebell Class is a blend of kettlebell flows, strength, conditioning, and fundamental movements designed to challenge you from all angles.
At The Pit, we use kettlebells to help you build explosive strength, improve your conditioning, and sculpt a strong, functional body. Each session focuses on kettlebell techniques – from swings and cleans to snatches and i carries – alongside conditioning components like the ski erg » and bodyweight circuits.
Whether you’re a beginner or a veteran, our kettlebell class is a great way to increase power, burn calories, and boost overall fitness in a friendly, motivating environment.

Little Pitters
Ages: 5 – 9 years
The Little Pitters Boxing Class is a fun and friendly introduction to boxing fundamentals for boys and girls ages 5-9.
In this class, kids learn basic techniques – like proper stance, guard, and simple combinations – while developing their coordination, confidence, and discipline.
Sessions are designed to keep children engaged and active through games, padwork, and movement drills, all in a safe and supportive environment.
Little Pitters Boxing is a great way for kids to burn energy, learn a new sport, and become part of The Pit community from a young age.
Sparring
Open to all fighters aged 15 and up
Whether you’re prepping for an upcoming fight, building confidence, or just want to mix it with fighters of all levels, this is your chance to get in some rounds in a respectful but high-energy environment. All styles and skill levels welcome.
